On October 25th, 2019 Anthony and Alyssa were pronounced Mr. & Mrs.Gifford. They had a small simple beach wedding with under 26 guest. As we waited for the bride to finish getting ready we took a look around the reception area where they had the cutest variety of alcohol bottles with mini mason jars filled with Hershey kisses. And yes you better believe I took a couple lol. They would be perfect for a cute DIY. Anyways the bride was finally ready to do the father daughter first look. So, Andy the second photographer AKA my boyfriend had the bride walk don by a palm to wait for her dad to arrive. I then told her dad to hold my arm close his eyes as we walk to his daughter for the first time. We placed them back to back and on the count of three they turned around and started hugging each other. Her dad tried to keep his cool the best he could as so did she, but she broke out crying and squeezing her dad even tighter. I love seeing sweet moments like this!!! Realizing his little girl isn't so little anymore is a hard thing to do for every dad, but they always pull through. After we did the daughter and dad first look we attempted to do the first look with the groom, but he accidentally walked into the room and seen the bride. So we improvised and did a fake first look which turned out great. The ceremony was short and sweet and included just two of their closets friends. After the ceremony was over all of the family members and the bridal party walked down to the beach to take pictures. Now this is where it got a little confusing because the parents were divorced and had didn't spouses lol and it just got a little ehhh but we finally figured out who is who and needless to say the photos came out great. Before we knew it the sunset had snuck up on us and it was reception time. Dinner was awesome you can't go wrong with a juicy steak and mashed potatoes. The night was ended with a toast to the newly weds and some music and dancing. Being their to witness Anthony and Alyssa's wedding was amazing. Im so glad we were able to capture their big day. And as we always say we wish them a lifetime full of love. Best wishes on their journey together as husband and wife.
